get_tinfo

Get type information of function/variable as 'typeinfo' object
     ea - the address of the object
     type_name - name of a named type
returns: typeinfo object, 0 - failed
The typeinfo object has one mandatory attribute: typid

typeinfo get_tinfo(long ea);
typeinfo get_tinfo(string type_name);
